Devout Sikh Avtar Singh Maunihas' turban is 645 meters long, weighs 100 pounds, and takes six hours just to put on, reports Oddity Central.
When Avtar Singh sports his huge ass turban, people pay attention.
"When I go out a huge crowd gathers around me," he said. "Some are amazed beyond belief and tell me, 'You are great for carrying such a large turban. You must have been blessed with lots of energy.'"
But Avtar Singh doesn't do it for attention, he does to inspire the younger generation of Sikhs to stop cutting their hair and wear turbans.
The current Guinness World Record for longest turban is 400 meters. With an official ruling, Avtar Singh could overtake it.
If that doesn't inspire young Sikhs in India, then maybe his presentation will. He's accessorizing his turban with tons of shiny bangles, a sword, and a sweet looking motorcycle.
